1. General Terms & Conditions

88bt (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our platform", or "the site") is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 88bt and the user.

By using our site and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all of these terms. These Terms and Conditions apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines.

2. Account Registration & Identity Verification

To register on 88bt, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts will be closed.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be your own.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• A National ID (NID) or passport may be required for identity verification.
• Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete.

88bt may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. This is done solely to ensure the security of your account.

3. Age Verification & Minor Protection

All 88bt services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use our platform.

We may request age verification documents for any account we deem suspicious. Failure to submit the required documents will result in a temporary account suspension.

4. Deposit & Payment Rules

88bt currently accepts bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 300 (three hundred taka).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. In the event of a banking issue, it may take up to 30 minutes.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be voided.
• If you experience any issues after making a deposit, please contact our support team.

5. Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings from 88bt:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number used when registering your account.
• For verified accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus winnings (see the Bonus section for details).
• 88bt reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 1,00,000 (one hundred thousand BDT). For amounts exceeding this, please contact support.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

88bt offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 10x the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount.
• Reload Bonus: A minimum deposit of BDT 1,000 is required to qualify for the weekly reload bonus.
• Referral Bonus: A set reward will be given for each successful referral. The referred person must make a deposit themselves.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• 88bt reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if bonus abuse is found.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the period expires.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on 88bt. 88bt reserves the right to void any bet placed in violation of these rules.

• The minimum bet amount is BDT 50 (fifty taka).
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a match or event is cancelled before it begins, the bet amount will be refunded.
• 88bt is not responsible for bets cancelled due to network disruptions during live betting.
• If a bet is placed while odds are changing, the bet will be settled at the updated odds.
• If match-fixing or fraudulent activity is suspected, the relevant bet will be held pending investigation.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88bt. Violations may result in account closure and legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Harassing or intimidating any staff member or user of the platform.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Protecting your personal information is our top priority. We use your data solely to provide our services and never sell or share it with any third party.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

88bt may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• If registration is completed using false information.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

You may also request to close your account at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance (provided withdrawal conditions are met) will be returned to you.

11. Responsible Betting

88bt believes in responsible betting. The wellbeing and peace of mind of our users is our highest priority.

• Our platform lets you set your own betting limits at any time.
• If needed, you may request a temporary account suspension (Self-Exclusion).
